On Friday, FIR was filed against Chief Minister of BSP (Bahujan Samaj Party), Mayawati and some of her party leaders by the family of expelled BJP (Bharatiya Janata Party) leader, Dayashankar Singh, whose whereabouts were not known after he kicked up a statement on the chief of BSP, questioning the character.

BSP on the other hand, Friday, termed as baseless the charges set against it about using abusive language for the women family members of Dayashankar Singh.
Vijay Pathak, BJP spokesperson comments, “While we condemn the words used by Dayashankar(our expelled party candidate) and have already taken action against him, we also do not welcome the manner in which BSP workers are targeting his wife, minor daughter and other women relatives.”
