Siddharth Maharia, the son of Rajasthan MLA Nandkishore Maharia was arrested under section 304 of IPC earlier.
Today, court rejected the bail plea of Siddharth Maharia, who allegedly killed 3 men and injured five while driving his BMW car earlier this month.

Additional PP Rajesh Pareek said, Additional District Judge Barkat Ali rejected the bail application of Maharia.
Siddharth was driving the car BMW at high speed in inebriated (affected with alcohol) condition and hit an autorickshaw and a police van leaving three passengers of an autorickshaw dead and five others including four policemen injured. The tragedy happened on 2nd July.
