Class 10th student Jhanvi Behl from Ludhiana is involved in social service since 2010 and for her remarkable work; Jhanvi has received a letter of ‘Appreciation’ from none – other- than Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Jhanvi raised awareness on issues like female foeticide and currently she is involved in Swachch Bharat Abhiyaan. In year 2014 Jhanvi conducted a sting operation on tobacco and liquor stores that were selling cigarettes and alcohol to under age children.
Jhanvi studies in DAV school and said that she loves to do social work and consider Mother Teresa as her inspiration. Jhanvi parents are proud on her daughter and feel elated that their daughter is serving nation at such a young age.
