Prashanth Nair, an IAS officer from Kerala, who is already famous for his campaigns to improve public amenities and increase youth engagement, is back with new formula.
Prashanth Nair, managed the unique task of getting the public to clean a huge pond by themselves in exchange for a plate of tempting ‘Biriyani’.
The young officer proudly announced this on Facebook and also mentioned that task is not easy.
The officer also explained the importance of water conservation on Facebook itself.
