Air quality in Delhi is still not bad as last year so far!
According to a report by System of Air Quality and Weather Forecasting Research the levels of the dangerous particulate matter PM2.5 had not reached the levels seen till the first week of December last year. But the reason is not enough to celebrate as the air quality will decline further as it gets colder.
Gurfan Bieg, Project manager of (SAFAR) said that it becomes difficult for the pollutants to get disperse in the cold temperature but November and December so far have been warmer than last year.
Well, the Delhi government is taking lot of measures to improve the air quality of the city as the capital has become world’s most polluted city.
