EXPERT OPINION
As a psychologist, I see mental well-being as the quiet thread that binds us, weaving strength into every task and every conversation. On this World Mental Health Day, let us reimagine our workplaces as sanctuaries of empathy and understanding, where struggles are met with compassion and vulnerabilities are embraced as signs of strength. Let us build environments where every mind can flourish and every voice finds its echo. For when mental health thrives in our workplaces, we don’t just work better—we live better. –
