The theme adopted in World Alzheimer’s Day 2024 is*”Know Dementia, Know Alzheimer’s.” This as a theme is used to ensure that more people and especially the public is brought to task about the prospect of dementia in their day-to-day lives as well as making them more knowledgeable about Alzheimer’s disease. It stresses on the symptoms of Alzheimer that if identified early, treatment of the disease can be done effectively.
