“IT was a shock to have a baby at all. Holding my newborn Dylan in my arms, I couldn’t believe it, he was perfect. About IVF treatment, Erin Clancy noted that she started IVF treatment in June 2021 at the age of 39. We finally started with the process of determining our own agency and in May 2022, we got a surrogate. In August, I found out I was pregnant and, unfortunately, began bleeding at six weeks, but we decided to stick with the plan of surrogacy. Both pregnancies proved to be great, and in May 2023, I gave birth to Dylan. In November the same year, the surrogate also gave birth to Declan.
The next day was indeed a surprise because the boys met for the first time and this was incredible. I and Declan had same affection for each other but he did not sleep and used to scream which had created grieves to me thinking that why i did not carry him. There were days when he would vomit, cried nonstop, and slept for stretched hours; at two months, he was diagnosed with a milk protein allergy, which made sense. People on the street looked unsure about the age difference, and when I wrote about it in a forum, it just took off.
People started asking things like, “How is this even possible?” and “It must be a scam.” The boys are really close to one another. Declan LOVES our dogs, and Dylan enjoys dancing.
