Padma Shri awards were recently announced and it is the fourth highest civilian award in the Republic of India, after Bharat Ratna. Stars from Bollywood fraternity were also conferred with this prestigious award. Bollywood diva Kangana Ranaut who is known for her power-packed performances was conferred with Padma Shri this year. Well, she is not the first to achieve the award. Here is a list of 5 youngest Bollywood ladies who have received Padma Shri, take a look:
1. Priyanka Chopra Jonas
She has now become a global star. She won the Padma Shri in the year 2016 when she was 34. She is known for her phenomenal acting skills and for voicing her opinion on different social issues.
2. Vidya Balan
The Bong beauty never fails to impress the audience whenever she comes on the silver screen. She was awarded with Padma Shri in the year 2014 when she was 35. Vidya has given some power-packed performances in films like Dirty Picture, Mission Mangal, No one Killed Jessica.
3. Madhuri Dixit
The dhak- dhak girl still rules the hearts with her smile. She was conferred with the Padma Shri in the year 2008 when she was 41 years old.

4. Tabu
She is one of the most iconic actors and she is still so relevant. Her last performance in Andhadun won hearts and made us believe that age is just a number. She won Padma Shri in 2011 when she was 40 years old.

The most beautiful woman on the earth Aishwarya Rai Bachchan was conferred with the Padma Shri. She did some notable roles in the industry like Jodha Akhbar, Hum Dil De chuke Sanam, The Pink Panther 2, and many more. She was conferred with this award in the year 2009 when she was 36!
