Kangana also expressed her views in the second post, the words in the post were, “SHOCKING NEWS… Bollywood actor Sonu Sood is fine with sp*ting in people’s food.” He draws a parallel between a miscreant spitting on food or the food being kicked and trying to equate that with Lord Ram eating the berries offered to him by Shabri. He signaled to the screen and said that if Lord Ram could eat Shabri’s berries, then he should be able to eat rotis that have been spat upon. Regarding spitting he stood up for it by trying to justify it as the ‘Humanity’. He said ‘Humanity must remain intact. ’

It was introduced when a user on X uploaded a video in which a boy was spitting on the dough while preparing rotis. This footage was posted in reply to Sonu Sood’s reaction to a direction ordered by the Uttarakhand government that eateries on the route to be taken by Kanwar Yatra, display the owners’ name.

To this, Sonu wrote in response to the tweet, the user said it should Roti smeared with spit should be parcelled to Sonu Sood so that brotherhood remains intact!

To the same, Sonu said, “Shri Ram Ji himself consumed Neem ka Pedha which is sour, so why can’t I eat these? Violence can be fought with non-violence indeed brother Humanity should remain preserved. Jai Shri Ram”.

Regarding the work front, the next project of Sonu will be ‘Fateh,’ which is an upcoming film based on cyber crime and this film will star Jacqueline Fernandez opposite Sonu and Naseeruddin Shah will also be seen in the film. Overlaid to Abhinandan Gupta’s direction and written by Manish Gaur and Krishna Khan, the film is in pipeline to release in the later half of this year produced by Zee Studio and Shakti Sagar Productions.
