The age group of 13 to 26 years is more prone to acne
While talking to One World News, she said that “The age group of 13 to 26 are bound to get acne. Few people get less acne and pimples and few people get more. There are no ways to completely stop it.”
The best way to prevent them is to live a healthy lifestyle. She emphasized on high-protein food, exercise, cleansing of the skin and using certain creams, sunscreen creams, etc. to prevent acne and pimples.
When asked about how to get rid of Dark Spots and scars which is the aftermath of teenage-pimples and acne she said, it is better to treat your scars and dark spots with isotretinoin in the teenage or as early as possible. Get the professional help as early as possible and say goodbye to those irritating scars and dark spots.
She also said that it is not a myth that people who go gym are bound to get pimples and acne. She said, it is real and it normally happens because people take Whey proteins which tend to increase the androgen precursors. She said, “If you are weight lifting then muscle mass increases and which reduces the insulin resistance which helps in reducing the acne.”
