What is Food Poisoning?

• Hydration: People should also avoid alcohol, coffee, tea, and caffeinated sodas during bouts of diarrhea to minimize dehydration.
• Ginger: One of the most popular teas, ginger tea has been used for a long time as a remedy for any type of nausea or stomach problems due to its anti-inflammatory effects.
• Apple Cider Vinegar: It cannot be used in warm or hot water as it may irritate the stomach lining; it can be taken with tablespoon of water to help neutralize stomach acidity, and reduce symptoms.
