Age of the Imperfect Leader Review & an engaging chat with the author
In the age of social media, it is hard to come across people who indulge in real reading. But only a book lover knows the value of reading a good book with a cup of coffee. We are living in a world where everybody wants to be a leader, thanks to a plethora of opportunities which let people lead and become a leader. But as they say – Not everyone can be a born leader. A lot of people need training, guidance and of course experience. Apart from being a leader, it is also important to understand what it means to be a leader? To answer all your questions, Dr Pawan Verma has penned down a book called ‘Age of the Imperfect Leader’.
What is the book all about?
As an author, Pawan has three books to his credit. His latest book, Age of the Imperfect Leader advocates a disruptive approach to leadership and serves as a pragmatic guide for leaders aspiring to convert their leadership challenges into a competitive advantage for themselves and for their organizations. It is a good read and every millennial should definitely pick it up for the weekend.
His upcoming book is an edge-of-the-seat crime thriller, titled Woman on the Run. His first book No Closure No Forgiveness published on Amazon was also a crime thriller that received a warm welcome from the readers.
