Delta Plane Crash Caught On Camera In Toronto Airport
The Delta Airlines flight crashed at Toronto Pearson International Airport when it flipped upside down and resulted in 18 passenger injuries with a child fighting for their life. The accident took place on Monday February 17 2025 at a time when Toronto Pearson International Airport faced heavy snow conditions and poor weather conditions with strong winds and heavy snowfall. The CRJ-900 aircraft which operated for Endeavor Air transported 80 passengers between Minneapolis and Toronto when the accident happened.
John Nelson recorded a Facebook video showing the overturned aircraft and disarray inside the cabin after the plane crash. He recorded a video showing the plane flipped over while stating “Our plane crashed, it’s upside down.” A different passenger heard a “loud jet engine noise” while observing black smoke coming from a plane taxiing in the area.
The aviation safety concerns rose following this crash since it became the fourth major incident to happen in North America during a single month. The Transportation Safety Board of Canada heads the investigation alongside support from the US National Transportation Safety Board. The investigation team has not determined the crash cause yet although experts suggest that harsh weather conditions and windy conditions could have contributed to the accident.

The plane accident has triggered extensive discussion concerning air travel safety when operating under extreme weather conditions. The investigation continues yet it is evident that everyone on board avoided death by sheer luck. One of the survivors declared “Being alive feels pretty cool today” during the investigation process. Bombardier the aircraft manufacturer declared full cooperation with the ongoing probe.
