1. Khan Chacha Owner Navneet Kalra arrested in oxygen concentrator black marketing
Delhi Police on Sunday arrested businessman Navneet Kalra for alleged black marketing of oxygen concentrators amid COVID-19 pandemic. As per reports, 524 oxygen concentrators were recovered from three restaurants owned by Kalra – Khan Chacha, Town Hall & Nege & Ju. According to Police, concentrators were imported from China at ₹16000 & ₹22,000 and were sold for 50,000 & 70,000.

2. CBI detained West Bengal Ministers Firhad Hakim, Subrata Mukherjee along with two others in Narada scam
The CBI has arrested two West Bengal Ministers Firhad Hakim, Subrata Mukherjee along with TMC MLA Madan Mitra and former Kolkata Mayor Sovan Chatterjee in connection with Narada Scam. Notably, the case is associated with a controversy that erupted ahead of the 2016 Assembly elections after the Narada News portal released videos showing a number of TMC workers accepting the bribe. Notably, Mamta Banerjee arrived CBI office today.
3. Virologist Shahil Jameel resigned as chief of the genome sequencing group
According to Indian Express, Senior Virologist Shahil Jameel has resigned as the chief of Indian SARS – CoV- 2 Genomics Consortium, a scientific advisory group that coordinates the country’s genome sequencing work. As per reports, Jameel has been critical of the government’s handling of the coronavirus. He has not revealed the reason why he quit but he has confirmed his resignation.
4. Mumbai Airport shut till 4 Pm due to cyclone Taukate
The operations at Mumbai’s Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport has been closed till 4 pm due to cyclone Taukate. Earlier, the operations were suspended from 11am – 2pm.

5. Curfew imposed in Andhra Pradesh extended till the end of May
The 18 –hour curfew from 12 pm to 6 am imposed in Andhra Pradesh to contain the spread of COVID-19 has been now extended till the end of the month, as per reports. The decision came due to the increasing positivity rate in the state. Notably, on Saturday the state registered 24, 171 cases.
6. Radhe becomes Salman’s worst-rated film on IMDB
Radhe has become Salman Khan’s worst-rated film on IMDB. Its rating has fallen to 1.8 stars. Salman’s previous worst-rated film was Race 3. In short, Bhai you need some more content ideas.

We can’t be happy about it but there is a sigh of relief. Daily cases in India drop below the 3 Lakh mark. On Monday, India recorded 2, 81, 386 cases.
