Wipro’s New Global CEC in US
One of the well-known technology, consulting and business process services companies, Wipro Ltd. on August 21, announced the launch of a global Customer Experience Center in California, United States. The lab is again opened in association with the networking equipment industry Cisco Systems, Inc.
On the launch, the Vice President & Global Head, Media Vertical and Cisco Business Unit, Wipro Ltd. Malay Verma said, “We are delighted to be associated with Cisco to launch the global Customer Experience Center that will serve as an incubation and demonstration platform for our joint customers world-wide”. He further added, “In today’s dynamic business environment, customers are increasingly looking for complete industry solutions that can provide real-time insights into their core business processes. Wipro and Cisco are working together to develop innovative solutions that can be delivered through flexible consumption models in a hybrid cloud environment”.

The Wipro customer experience center offers the environment what the customers need to drive pilot projects and test new solutions before enterprise deployment. Some of the major benefits are, improved end-to-end visibility of business processes, machine-to-Machine, digital marketing, and social media analytics and many more.

The official inauguration of the global CEC was done by Azim H. Premji, Chairman, Wipro Ltd. and Robert Lloyd, President, Development and Sales, Cisco.
