According to a group of psychologists from the University Royal Holloway in England, and after studies and experiments on vision and sensory tactile, it is difficult for the brain to process another sense if you leave your eyes open and be distracted by other stimuli visual.
And to support this theory, a group of people were given visual tasks to complete while their tactile senses were recorded. For example, people involved in the study to look for the letters while receiving the vibrations in their hands and responses were measured and noted reach a definitive conclusion was asked.
