The Telecom Minister Manoj Sinha has informed the Lok Sabha on Wednesday that there are maximum consumer complaints about the poor service and also the call drops have been received against telecom companies Bharti Airtel, Vodafone and also Reliance Communications in the last three years and the trend still continues.

The matter regarding the poor services and the call drops has been received by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI).
Nearly one-third of these complaints have been received in the first half of the year 2016 and these are mostly against Airtel.
Moreover, TRAI has received 9,720 complaints for the poor services by these companies, as per the data till the date June 30, of this year.
