India has made remarkable progress in the education sector in last few years but vocational trainings are still not much regulated in the schools. This has led to the widening gap between the supply and the demand of skilled manpower in the country. The shortage of skilled manpower directly leads to the increased unemployment in the country.


Vocational education is primarily non academic in the nature and offers practical training of the profession straight way. It offers students an opportunity to land up to a job directly in a chosen profession or a skilled trade.
