India’s state Uttar Pradesh, often called ‘Ulta Pradesh’ (Upside down state) by cynics, seems to be living up to it’s name.
After the infamous Muzaffarnagar riots came the ‘Dadri Lynching’, proving that UP is at the top of the hypocrite and intolerence list of states.
However, the recent achievement by Dr. B.R. Ambedkar University of Agra, located in the state has taken the cake!
In their feverent desire to create more educators to impart learning to the uneducated masses, the University decided to take things in their own hands.
The University offers a B.Ed. (Bachelors in Education) course, in which 12 thousand students enrolled. However, come graduation, a miraculuous 20 thousand marsheets were discovered.
The authorities are now red faced trying to find answers.
