Here are three ways to train your brain for the better concentration:
- The fast- paced life has made all of us multi –tasking but often it leads less efficient work and make people less productive so it is important to concentrate on a single work
- Prepare your worklist a day before so that you can follow it next day. This will make your brain more productive and it will get used to it
- Keep social distraction away from you such as Facebook, youtube , phone etc
