Ingredients
1 cup grated cheese cubs
½ teaspoon mustard powder
½ cup tomato
¼ cup capsicum
¼ red bell pepper
12 slices whole wheat bread
6 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon green chilli
¼ yellow pepper
½ cup onion
1 cup American corn kernels
Five easy steps to prepare it:
To prepare this delicious recipe. Firstly, start crushing the sweet corn kernels in a motar with pestle. Chop onions, tomatoes, yellow bell pepper, red bell pepper and capsicum. And now, keep all the vegetables aside.
Now, heat the butter in a non- stick pan on medium flame. Now, sauté all the chopped vegetables except tomato for atleast 2 minutes.
To this pan add corn Kernels, mustard powder, tomato, cheese and salt, Mix these ingredients well and divide this mixture in 6 equal portions and keep aside.
Now take a whole wheat bread slice and apply butter on one side of the bread. Now put these slices in a preheated sandwich griller with buttered side facing downwards.
Now, spread the prepared corn mixture on the bread slices in the griller. Sprinkle grated cheese cube on it. Add chopped green chilies on the bread slices. After that cover it with another bread slice. Grill the sandwich for at least 5-7 minutes. Once it is done cut the sandwiches diagonally and serve!
