Tanu Weds Manu Returns Poster Launch
On the occasion of Kangana’s birthday, the entire team of ‘Tanu Weds Manu Returns’ launched their first motion poster. Not knowing the fact, Kangana says that this is the most pleasant surprise for her as people usually celebrate their birthday with friends and family but she is here celebrating with the Delhi media industry.

The movie has exactly the same cast as it in the first part but there is a twist. Kangana would be seen in a double role of Tanu and Datto. Tanu is the pretty and bold girl hailing from small town whereas Datto is a coy and sober girl at heart and every girl wants to be like her but she is not so good looking.

Talking about the role she reveals that she takes her own decisions and it was fairly easy for her to decide about occurring in this sequel. She spoke about how the first movie came at a time when she wasn’t busy worth any other assignment. About the Director, Anand, she says, he has seen her go through thick and thin. “I have grown as an actor plus this movie has made me what I am today.”

Adding more to the coincidence of poster being launched on her birthday, Kangana said, “It’s a coincident that the poster has been launched on my birthday.
Tanu weds Manu is a special movie and the intensity that this movie carries about married relationship is very special. Also, after this movie even the minutest hope of getting married has vanished from my mind; just looking at the kind of problems they face after marriage,” adds Kangana Ranaut.

Further Anand L Rai says, “We have grown as a family together and I am hoping to work with the team in future too. I leave one family and join another.”
The kind of work she has been getting lately, she said, “I see a lot of difference in work that I opt for now. The films I have done in past I feel I could have done so much better. Ever since I have grown interest in this area, I am enjoying this and working hard for it. The script writer challenged me to give a character which is much more difficult than queen’s Rani and he has stood true to his words! As far as the movie is concerned, we have really fit in well and we all are really friends. We were all in a comfort zone.”
The movie was supposed to release on June but now they have preponed the dates to May 29th. The trailer would be launched in the first week of April.
