Fluid intake: Fluid intake is very important for any one, especially for people who are living in the weather like ours (hot and humid) it is important to have eight glasses of fluid intake, which is inclusive of all kind of beverages. Office work: There is no contraindication to working in normal uncomplicated pregnancy. If mother is very unwell, stressed, anxious then there could be a chance that her blood pressure goes up, there could be a possibility that she gets so anxious that she would need some psychological counseling. This all can have an indirect effect on the baby.
