According to a regulatory filing by Google Parent company Alphabet Inc, Google C.E.O Sundar Pichai has received a grantor of 273,328 for class C Google stock units.
According to filing, this is for addition to the Feb 3 grant for the class C Google stock units, notably on the same day Pichai sold 375 class A common share at a price of $ 786.28 each, and sold 3,625 class C capital stock at a price $ 768.84 each.
