Stay away from packaged food during festivals
During festival time, most women are busy in cleaning the home and they did not have enough time to prepare food. So they depend on readymade processed food instead of fruits and fresh food.
Processed foods contain fats, carbohydrates, and colour which causes acidity and indigestion. Most of the packaged food items contains excess oil, sugar and other carbohydrates, etc. which give a lot of empty calories, and affect digestion, making them harmful in the long run.
