One of the leading Aviation Company, SpiceJet announces that its shareholders have approved a scheme to increase money value up to Rs 5,000 crores.
The shareholders also approved the plan of the company to increase loans up to Rs 5,000 crore through different methods.
At present, SpiceJet has 41 planes in its fleet.The airline is looking to close order of 150 new aircraft.
SpiceJet has shown net profit of Rs 23.77 crores in the three months ending September.
The company had a net loss of Rs 310.45 crores in the quarter of September 2014.
