On other hand, she was quite interested in cooking, an interest which was inherited from her parents and a discipline for exercise, which solely came from her father. Apart from all that, she was always interested to get into roots of how food can have impact on body and mind of people. In 2005 she decided that she wanted a change in career. She started searching ways in which she could pursue macrobiotics. By then she was also diagnosed with slip disk, commenting on this she adds “Little did I know it had a lot to do with my eating habits as a child”. Later she decided to pursue 2 courses. One, a Counselor and Chef’s certification at the Kushi Institute in Massachusetts and second a Yoga Pilates course in Australia. And then her journey began that changed her life and meaning of health for her.
“I chose this path because I wanted to bring changes in lifestyle of people in India. I also had my own health issues like candida, constant migraine, and a weight that remained stagnant at 60 kgs. I had way too much energy and ideas, no way of channelizing it in a proper way. I lacked focus and did not know at the time that the very food I was eating was fuelling all this into a spiral that I was not getting out of. After getting rid of every health issues I was facing, I came back after 7 years; completely trained and in business of changing approach of lives of people.”

We focus less on meat but fish is allowed. Before providing any meal or diet plan we consider genes, conditions of the body and analyse organs through facial diagnosis.”
She further adds that her foods are ‘Nutrient dense’. Now what this term means? Nutrient density is amount of Nutrients per unit of energy (Calorie) you get from the food. Nutrient dense meals are considered the best for every body type and helps in regaining health and healthiest way of dieting.
