According to close friends, Saifeena is planning to have their first baby out of India, probably in London.
London, is the place where the Royal Pataudi parivar spends its most of the time when not in India. Saif Ali Khan and his sister Soha have both spent their ages there. Even Sharmila Tagore, their mother too has fascinating feelings for the city as her husband, the late Nawab Pataudi also loved spending time there.
The chances are more that couple would slip off to London for the birth.
