INGREDIENTS-
2 Cup curd
1 small table spoon Elaichi powder
Half cup cold milk
2-3 spoon cream(malai)
Half cup sugar
7-8 pieces of ice
Methods–
In a mix jar add curd and sugar
After that put them in mixer and mix.
Then add milk and Elaichi powder in curd.
Then put them in mixer and mix again.
Then put some cram over it.
And add pieces of ice at the end
The mouth watering Lassi is ready!
