Recipe: This Sunday Prepare Delicious Suji Potatoes Rolls

How to make it at home?
Prep Time: 30-40 minutes
Cook Time: 4o-50 minutes

Ingredient for Suji Potatoes Rolls:-
- Potatoes- 250 grams
 - Semolina- 200 grams
 - Coriander- 2 tablespoons
 - Green chilli- 1 tablespoon
 - Ginger- 1 tablespoon
 - Salt- as per taste
 - Water- 200 milliliters
 - Oil- 2 tablespoon
 - Mustard seeds- ½ teaspoon
 - Curry leaves- 8
 - Boiled potatoes- 200 grams
 - Paneer- 150 grams
 - Boiled green peas- 100 grams
 - Red chilli- ¾ teaspoon
 - Salt- as per taste
 - Coriander- 2 tablespoons
 - Ketchup
 
Method:-
- Step1- Place potatoes in a deep bowl and add 250grams potatoes, 200 grams semolina, 2 tablespoons coriander, 1 tablespoon green chilli, 1tablespoon ginger, ½ tablespoon salt, 200 milliliters water and mix it well.
 - Step2- Heat 2 teaspoons oil in a pan add ½ teaspoon mustard seeds, 8 curry leaves, 200 grams boiled potatoes and stir well.
 - Step3- Now add 150 grams Paneer, 100 grams boiled green peas and mix well to combine.
 - Step4- Add ¾ teaspoon red chilli, 1 teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon Garam masala, 2 tablespoons coriander and mix it again.
 - Step5- Take anon sticks pan and brush with oil.
 - Step6- Make a semi thick dosa and cook until crisp from both the sides.
 - Step7– Spread ketchup over it and spread spoonful stuffing into the centre of the dosa and roll it in to a cylinder shape.
