The global film fraternity has lost one of it’s most prolific members on Aug. 17.
Yvonne Craig started her career as a ballet dancer, and moved on to television and thence to cinema.
Acting in films like Seven women from Hell, It Happened at the World’s Fair, Kissin’ Cousins, Mars Needs Women, etc., she came into her own as Batgirl in the cult series of the ‘60s – Batman.
Known for her sense of humor, she will be sorely missed.
