A climate summit is being held in Paris on Nov.30. What makes this one special is that it is to be attended by at least a 100 heads of states, including USA, China, India and other nations, including Russia.
This makes it the first such conference on climate control, which has so many heads of states participating, specially the top five emitters – China, USA, EU, India and Russia.
Russia has pledged to reduce it’s emissions by around 25 to 30 percent on it’s 1990 levels, subject to other participants following suit.
