Pete Rose looking for reinstatement
Pete Rose, the Major League Baseball player in the year 1989 had agreed to permanent ineligibility from Baseball. His decision had come in response to the accusations he was facing of betting done by him while playing and managing the Reds.
Pete met with the commissioner of MLB (Major League Baseball), Rob Manfred in Manhattan to request him to reinstate him. The meeting lasted for two hours. The answer to the reinstatement would be given by the year 2015.
If Pete does gets reinstated, he will have a chance at the Hall of Fame. Though the chances of that are slim, we will have to wait a few months to know whether ‘Charlie Hustle’ is coming back or not.
