Periods’ hitting at 12 is good for your health!
A woman goes through a lot of pain, when she is in between her cycle. Mood swings, tiredness, stress are most common symptoms that ladies experience in her cycle.
Now, a days at the very early ages girls are getting their first period but no need to worry as according to a fresh study which women who got their periods after turning 12 are more likely to live up to 90 years.

Published in a journal titled Menopause, the study by a set of researchers at University of California San Diego School of Medicine was carried out on about 16,000 women above the age of 21.
According to Cosmopolitan, the results of the research hinted towards the fact that the ladies who had their periods after the age of 12 and their menopause at the age of 50 have a higher chance of living up to the age of 90. Even they are less prone to diseases.
