Park Tae Hwan launches appeal after getting banned from competing in Rio Olympics
Park Tae Hwan who is a South Korean swim star recently launched an appeal against his Rio Olympics ban on Thursday.
The officials still refused to lift the suspension which was related to doping.
Hwan completed an 18 month suspension in April after he got tested positive for an anabolic steroid before the 2014 Asian Games.

But the player still remains suspended from competing in Rio de Janeiro under the KOC rule that prohibits South Korean athletes to represent their country for three years after the expiration of any doping ban.
The 26 -year –old swimmer literally begged by getting on his knees for a chance to compete in the Olympics.
Park had won gold in 400m freestyle and a silver in 200m freestyle at the 2008 Beijing Olympics. He has also received 400m world titles in 2007 and 2011.
