People have forgotten how really important it is to stay fit in this hectic lifestyle. As a result millions of people of every age are suffering from non communicable disease like diabetes, cardio-vascular ailments or cancer.
A recent study says that every year about 5.8 million people die due to heart and lungs ailment. The results are really shocking. What more shocking is that not even children are left behind from such ailments.
Another study shows that about 14-15% people in India suffer from arthritis.
Many other health organizations like World Health Organization have carved out specific strategies to tackle the health related issues arising due to changing lifestyle and eating habits.
