Nizami Brothers at IITF

It was evening to be remembered, as the whole crowd went berserk on various shers and urdu couplets.

Ghulam Sabir Nizami, Ghulam Waris Nizami and group took the stage on a beautiful evening which was then drenched with sufi music. IITF organised this Qawalli event as part of cultural extravaganza at Pragati Maidan. The Falaknuma Theater witnessed hundreds of people as the nephew of Ghulam Sabir Nizami sang an exquisite song and the chief guest at the event appreciated it with a five hundred rupee note. Towards the end of the evening Ghulam Sabir Nizami along with Ghulam Waris Nizami reproduced the sounds of Ghunghroo and payal. And to culminate the event, the youngest member of the group mesmerized the audience with a brilliant performance on the Tabla.
