White tea is the purest and least processed of all the teas. This makes it the most beneficial among the wide range of tea which are grown in many parts of the world. Loose tea leaves are brewed in boiled water at not more than 70-75 degree Celsius. White tea has tender and light flavor to it, people may add sugar and milk according to their preferences.

Black tea is made from the leaves of the Camellia sinensis plant which are typically rolled and fermented, then dried and crushed. Black tea has most caffeine quantity (around 40mg per cup). As black tea takes more of a brewing time, it tastes stronger than any other form of tea.
