Maruti Suzuki, India’s largest car manufacturer recently launched a new mid-segment car – Ciaz in an attempt to maintain its leadership in the industry. The car has good aesthetic appeal, while its aerodynamic style adds a stunning dimension to its looks.This car will remind many of the Honda civic from the rear and Hyundai Verna from the side and front grill but still, credit is due to the design engineers.
On the inside the car packs a list of features:

• True smart keyless entry.
• Steering mounted controls.
• Automatic AC.
• CD Audio system.
The car also features rear reading lamps, rear AC vents and ample space for the passengers at the back, making the decision to hire a driver, easy. And if you are one of those who prefer to drive, the car comes with two engine options that with generate enough power for the city roads and the occasional highway outings.
The two options are:
• 1373cc petrol engine that makes 68Kw power and 130Nm torque,
• 1248cc diesel engine that makes 66Kw power and 200Nm torque.
Ciaz scores decently on the safety front as well, with the dual airbags, seat belt reminder alarm, STECT frame, and an Anti-Braking System with Equal Brake Distribution. The car has an understated elegance to it with clean lines flowing all around the chassis. The ex-showroom (Delhi) price for both the engine options range between 8.24Lac to 9.34L.
