Manohar bats for a clean BCCI
Incoming BCCI president Shashank Manohar has not wasted time, and the moment he stepped in as President, he started a clean up and transparency drive to remove the tarnish from BCCI’s image.
He has initiated sweeping changes, which include appointment of a ombudsman to tackle disputes and conflict of interest with BCCI of it’s members. Manohar has also announced a common audit process, as well as posting of BCCI’s balance sheet on it’s website to make it’s operations completely transparent.
“….It is the duty of all the representatives of the Board to bring the Board back to its original reputation,” Shashank Manohar said.
