Indian Rupee improved by 15 paisa against dollar in early trading hour
The Indian currency Rupee improves from a two-week low trade and increased by 15 paisa and reached 66.46 against the dollar at the Interbank Foreign Exchange in early hours of trading.
Selling of the US currency by banks and exporters resulted in increment of Indian Rupee.
Fresh selling of the American unit by exporters and banks help the domestic currency against the strength of dollar and other currencies overseas, capped the gain of Indian currency.
The rupee had jumped by 47 paise to settle at two-week low of 66.61 against the American currency on heavy demand for the greenback from importers and banks largely impacted by worldwide economic and political headwinds.
Meanwhile, the benchmark BSE Sensex revive by 143.41 points and reached at the level of Rs 25,766.76.
