Healthy Teeth
Our teeth play a very important role in our well being. Not only are they important for our pics, specially in the selfies, but more importantly for our health.
They are considered our first digestive organs, as they not only break down the food for further processing in our digestive tracts, but also the release of saliva by the mouth as a result of mastication helps break down the food into it’s essential nutrients.
Here are some tips for healthier teeth:
• One table spoon of Baking Soda to be mixed with ½ Tea spoon of Salt and kept ready. Rinse a tooth brush in warm water and sink it in this mixture and brush the teeth. The whole process should take about five minutes.
• A half teaspoon (about 1-3%) of Hydrogen Peroxide should be mixed with ½ cup of warm water and rinse the mouth for one minute. After spitting floss the mouth with cold water and spit.
• Use antiseptic mouth wash once in two days to rinse mouth.
• Strawberries & Tomatoes
For oral health rub them directly to your teeth and leave for five minutes. (They are rich in Vitamin C hence very good for maintaining oral health.)
Then rinse the mouth with a mixture of Baking Soda and Warm water.
