Healthy Banana Milkshake
Ingredients:
1 .Banana
2 .glass of milk
3 .1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
4 .4 to 5 cashew nuts
5 .6 to 7 almonds
Method:
1 .Roast the dry fruits for about a minute and grind them.
2 .Now take a wet mixer jar, cut the Banana into small pieces, add milk , honey and cinnamon powder. Whizz it till i properly blended.
3 .Pour the milkshake in a tall glass add the ground dry fruits. Garnish with a pinch of cinnamon powder.
