The government of India is planning to launch an online portal for the start-ups to encourage the budding entrepreneurs and to promote ease of doing business.
Ramesh Abhishek Secretary in the Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion said that “Start- up India is one of important initiatives of Indian government and already steps have been taken to implement the action plan that is been announced by government.”
The official further added, recently DIPP has already issued the definition of start –ups and is making it easier for them to file Intellectual Property Rights.
Next week web portal will also be launched along with the process of registration.
