Good News for Coffee Lovers!
Coffee lovers, has a reason to be happy now! As drinking moderate amounts of coffee can do more benefits than risks in adults, as per a new study.

Researchers from the Ulster University in the UK have reviewed 1,277 studies from the year 1970 till date of the coffee’s effect on the human health.
They had found that the general scientific consensus is that a regular and moderate coffee drinking (as 3-4 cups per day) essentially does have a neutral effect on health, or could be mildly beneficial.
The review was further uses to create a list of the potential health benefits and also the risks of coffee consumption on total mortality, cancer, metabolic health, cardiovascular disease, gastrointestinal conditions neurological disorders, and other miscellaneous health outcomes.
Researchers had found that the benefits of moderate coffee drinking has outweighed mostly the risks in the adult consumers for the majority of major health outcomes considered.
These findings were published in the journal Comprehensive Reviews in Food Science and Food Safety.
