We all do make- up to look pretty, it could be light or dark but every girl likes to wear it. Even simple stroke of kajal can make you pretty.
Everyone have their own makeup statement and your make up reveals lot about your personality. Recently published in a journal named Perception, a new study has linked the application of cosmetics to certain personality traits like attractiveness, dominance and prestige.

As per study, women who love to wear makeup are usually perceived as dominant and prestigious women by others. Not only this both the genders have totally different perceptions over carrying makeup.
Led by Viktoria R Mileva of Scotland’s University of Stirling, the team of researchers found that men associated makeup with prestige, whereas a woman with makeup was perceived as dominant and promiscuous among female participants. Additionally putting red lipstick gives a women level of confident and others perceived the women highly dominant.
