1. Eat for good vision: Omega 3, fatty acids, lutein, zinc and vitamin C is good for the eyesight and also, ward-off the ageing problem.

3. Potatoes are also very good for eyes. Cut slices of potatoes and place them on your eyelids for fifteen to twenty minutes, it can reduce dark circles around the eyes.

Whether you are scratching an itch, strumming a guitar or peeling an orange, your fingernails always come in handy all day long. However, too much use of it can be harmful to the nails as you might break them or can have a nasty infection.

1. If you are a homemaker and you do a lot of household work then probably your exposure to detergents and cleansers are very high, which can damage your nails by making them brittle.
2. It is always advisable to wear gloves while doing household works as they prevent infection and helps in maintaining the shape of your nails.
3. Never cut your cuticles instead soak them in warm water and gently pat them, to keep them at their places, with the clean towel.
4. If you have a hangnail, cut them with a fine scissors to prevent further infection.
5. The diet, which you can include to have good nails is egg yolks, green leafy vegetables and especially beetroots which is full of calcium and vitamin D.

6. Olive oil is also very beneficial for the nails as they harden tender finger nails and toenails.
7. At home you can massage your nails through the fresh lemon juice and rinse them out by the short while.
