The star-cast of Gulaab Gang, a women centric social film, visited Le Meridien to attend press conference in Delhi. The two actors who are appearing on screen together for the very first time in 27 years, were accompanied by the Debutant Director Soumik Sen and Producer Anubhava Sinha. The movie is about fighting for justice, empowering the women and importance of education and good upbringing. The two actors, Madhuri Dixit and Juhi Chawla, were also seen demonstrating some self-defense moves in the press conference.

At the promotional event Madhuri said, “First time I have done strong and real action. I have done everything myself there is no stunt double. I enjoyed and hope audience also does. But nowhere they look forced, it comes very naturally in the film, be it action or it even songs”. On working with Madhuri Dixit, Juhi Chawla said, “It happens once in a lifetime when we get such a good script and where we can work together with such dedication. So, I don’t imagine that we will again be working together. That’s why the film is exciting for us as actors”.

Juhi will be seen in the negative shades portraying a powerful, infamous villainous politician and Madhuri Dixit is portraying de glamorous role. Releasing on pre-women’s day, March 7th 2014, this movie has gained much attention. The movie is produced under banner of Alumbra Entertainment and the music is composed by Soumik Sen itself.
