Do You Suffer From Chronic Dehydration?

A recent scientific study has revealed that most of the chronic pains that cannot be attributed to any injury or infection should primarily be conceived as signs of Chronic Dehydration.

The Human body is made up of almost 70% of water, and the blood alone makes up for a large percentage of the total water. When the body does not receive an intake of the required water, it accommodates for the shortage by cutting back on certain body functions. Essential systems are prioritized, like the brain and heart, and other systems like the lymphatic systems get compromised.
